Customer Growth Advisor Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $65,000 plus uncapped commission; on-target earnings of $83,000–$100,000+ in year one, with top performers exceeding $130,000 in year two

Customer Growth Advisor Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain upon hire
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, customer service, or account management (personal lines strongly preferred)
- Track record of achieving sales and customer service targets
- Strong consultative sales, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM tools, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office
Customer Growth Advisor Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with personal lines products such as auto, home, renters, or umbrella insurance
- Familiarity with Applied Epic agency management software
- Experience with real estate and mortgage referral networks
Customer Growth Advisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, delivering exceptional service
- Convert inbound leads and generate new business through proactive outreach
- Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and clearly explain coverage options, helping clients make informed decisions
- Sell and service personal lines products, processing policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
- Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive coverage and proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation in agency management and CRM systems
- Meet or exceed production, customer satisfaction, and retention goals
