We are seeking an accomplished Chef de Cuisine to join an acclaimed fine dining restaurant known for culinary excellence and exceptional guest experiences. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside an award-winning culinary team while leading a talented and passionate kitchen brigade.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations and execute flawless service.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Sous Chefs and culinary team members.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development and culinary innovation.
- Manage food costs, labor, inventory, and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred, Michelin-recognized, Forbes Five-Star, or comparable fine dining restaurant.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including food and labor cost management.
- A passion for culinary excellence and developing high-performing teams.
