North America Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications
- Sales experience in one or more of the following:
- Plastic raw materials (resin)
- Injection molding machines or molds
- Industrial automation equipment
- Established customer network within manufacturing/plastics/industrial sectors
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory
- Willingness to travel as needed
North America Sales Representative Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience selling into smart home/consumer products, packaging, automotive, home appliance, or medical device manufacturers
- Familiarity with contract manufacturing or OEM component sales
- Technical knowledge of hot runner systems, cooling systems, or material handling solutions
North America Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities throughout North America
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers and industry partners
- Expand the company’s presence in targeted industries such as packaging, automotive, and consumer products manufacturing
- Collaborate with internal technical, project, and quotation teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing
