Litigation Paralegal Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of litigation-based paralegal experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Proven capability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision
- Proficiency in Google Drive, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong multitasking skills
Litigation Paralegal Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing communication with clients and partners
- Enter relevant legal information into the database
- Provide case assistance and research support for three partners, including immigration matters
- Request and organize necessary information and documentation from clients via email in a clear, professional manner
- Review case files for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare finalized cases for filing with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
