Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of culinary experience as Executive Chef either in a private club or luxury hotel
- Experience managing a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant
- Exceptional guest relations, team building and leadership skills
- Butchering and seasonal menu development experience required
- Proficient with training, mentoring and cost management
- Country club experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
