- Ensure every guest receives friendly, professional service
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing staff
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Resolve guest concerns and day-to-day operational issues
- Track performance, reporting, and record-keeping
- Suggest ways to improve efficiency and workflow
