Restaurant Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club or luxury hotel
- Experience managing a high-volume scratch kitchen
- Experience in ordering, receiving product, training and development of staff
- Proven ability to lead by example
- Butchering experience
- Excellent budgetary, projections and cost control skills
- Strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
