Restaurant Manager – Upscale Mexican Concept | Washington, DC
Location: Washington, DC
Salary: $75,000 Base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We're partnering with an established and growing hospitality group to find a talented Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily front-of-house operations with a focus on hospitality and service excellence.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest operational standards.
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily financial performance.
- Partner closely with the culinary team to deliver seamless execution.
- Foster a positive culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in an upscale casual or polished casual concept.
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, and restaurant financial performance.
- Stable career history with demonstrated growth and leadership.
