Corporate Chef – Multi-Unit Hospitality Group

Are you a strategic culinary leader who still loves being in the operation? We are partnering with an award-winning hospitality group to identify an experienced Corporate Chef to work directly alongside an established Culinary Director, helping lead culinary execution, operational excellence, and continued growth across a portfolio of chef-driven restaurants.
This is an opportunity for a highly respected culinary professional who thrives balancing creativity, systems, people development, and high-level execution across multiple concepts.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Culinary Director to support culinary strategy and execution across multiple restaurant concepts
- Drive consistency, quality, presentation standards, and operational excellence company-wide
- Coach and develop Executive Chefs and culinary leadership teams
- Support menu innovation, seasonal rollouts, and concept evolution while maintaining brand identity
- Improve kitchen systems, labor performance, food cost controls, and purchasing practices
- Lead openings, training initiatives, and culinary operational support as the company grows
- Build strong BOH culture focused on accountability, mentorship, and hospitality
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and best practices remain at the highest standard
What We’re Looking For
- Multi-unit culinary leadership experience (Corporate Chef, Regional Chef, Culinary Director, or equivalent)
- Background in upscale, polished casual, chef-driven, or elevated hospitality environments
- Strong operational leadership with experience influencing multiple kitchens simultaneously
- Proven success developing culinary teams and succession planning
- Financial acumen with food cost, labor, and operational KPI ownership
- Ability to travel locally as needed to support operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $160,000–$170,000
