Supply Chain Director Benefits and Compensation:

Supply Chain Director Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Five or more years of supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading purchasing, inventory, and vendor management functions
- Strong ERP, MRP, or WMS systems experience
- Proven ability to develop inventory strategies, safety stock levels, and purchasing plans
- Experience negotiating supplier pricing, contracts, rebates, and sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated success improving supply chain processes and implementing operational improvements
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading and developing purchasing and warehouse teams
- Ability to collaborate across production, engineering, sales, and operations to meet business objectives
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while driving change and accountability
Supply Chain Director Preferred Background & Skills
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with industrial equipment or engineered product manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing compliance standards
- Experience with Syspro ERP strongly preferred
- Background in strategic sourcing and supplier development
- Track record of reducing procurement costs while improving supplier performance
- Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level operational reporting
- Strong leadership style with a continuous improvement mindset
