A well-established physician-owned Allergy & Immunology practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of three outpatient offices and serve as a trusted partner to the physician owner.
This is a highly hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being involved in every aspect of running a successful medical practice. You'll oversee operations, accounting, HR, compliance, staffing, and business administration while helping ensure the practice continues to run efficiently across all locations.
This opportunity is best suited for an experienced practice leader who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of their work, and is looking for a long-term home within a stable physician-owned practice.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations across three outpatient offices
- Manage QuickBooks, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze P&Ls, executive summaries, and operational reports for ownership
- Lead hiring, onboarding, employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Partner directly with the physician owner on business operations and practice performance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and employment regulations
- Improve workflows, manage vendors, and support day-to-day operational needs across the practice
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of medical practice management experience
- Experience working in a physician-owned or standalone medical practice strongly preferred
- Advanced hands-on QuickBooks experience
- Experience personally processing payroll, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong HR experience including interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and employee relations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality who enjoys being hands-on
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with an established practice
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000-$85,000 base salary
