Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant general manager experience
- Demonstrated ability to build, train, and lead high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of P&L management and all restaurant cost areas
- Hands-on management approach
- Passion for delivering outstanding food, beverages, and hospitality
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
