We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join a growing legal practice in Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney with expertise in estate planning, tax strategies, trust and estate administration, and business succession planning who is looking to expand their practice and build lasting client relationships.
Trust & Estate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies.
- Develop tax-efficient estate, transfer, and business succession plans.
- Handle trust and estate administration matters and provide guidance to fiduciaries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal counsel.
- Mentor junior attorneys and oversee complex legal matters.
- Support the growth of the practice through business development efforts.
Trust & Estate Attorney Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and eligibility to obtain Florida Bar admission if not currently licensed.
- 10+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters.
- Experience representing high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
- Proven business development success with a portable book of business.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, client service, and analytical abilities.
