What You'll Do
- Lead all back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and execution.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture.
- Manage labor, scheduling, staffing levels, and kitchen productivity.
- Control food costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
- Drive continuous improvement in execution, systems, and team performance.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership experience.
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proven ability to manage food and labor costs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
