What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing BOH talent.
- Experience with food cost, inventory, ordering, and labor management.
- A commitment to food quality, consistency, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while keeping the team focused and motivated.
- A hands-on leadership style with a "lead by example" mentality.
