Fast Casual Restaurant Manager
We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, coaching and developing team members, building genuine relationships with guests, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest service every day.
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
- Create schedules and manage labor to meet business goals while maintaining excellent service.
- Monitor food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and cost controls to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Analyze sales, labor, and operating reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing high-volume operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, labor controls, and P&L performance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
