Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($55,000–$65,000), with ramping structure over time

Outside Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–8 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven track record in new business development and closing sales
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through and pipeline management
- High level of accountability and ownership of performance
- Reliable transportation for client site visits
Outside Sales Representative Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate schedules and project logistics with internal teams
- Maintain a current and accurate sales pipeline document
- Participate in weekly Monday morning production meetings
- Travel to client sites for consultations and sales visits (own vehicle required)
- Proactively communicate any roadblocks or challenges
