Inside Sales Representative Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales or customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers in a service-oriented setting
- Experience selling to manufacturers, colleges, universities, or trade show organizations preferred
- Comfortable working onsite and contributing daily within a small team
- Strong documentation and CRM skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- Background in a small-company or entrepreneurial environment
- Experience handling inbound sales inquiries
- Familiarity with managing multiple customer accounts
