We are a growing fast-casual, scratch café concept looking for an energetic and people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations. This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves great food, thrives on building strong teams, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless daily operations
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team
- Oversee vendor ordering, inventory control, and product receiving
- Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy
- Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
- Create and manage staff schedules to support business needs
- Track key performance metrics and adjust operations to achieve goals
What We’re Looking For
- Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to commute or relocate as needed
