Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Retail Sales Experience In a Commission Based Environment
- 2+ Years of Experience Leading a Professional Sales Team In a Touch Base Sales Environment
- Ability to Train and Develop Sales Professionals to Achieve Sales Goals
- Self-Starter, Problem Solver and Collaborative Leader
- Can Work Flexible Schedule and Available Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays when Needed
