Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant dining and event operations
- Builds positive morale and culture by taking on a hands-on role with staff and operations
- Maintains strong relationships with members
- Responsible for cost control and budget control compliance on a daily basis
Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of previous management experience in a country club, upscale restaurant or upscale hotel setting
- Heavy banquet/catering experience necessary
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of controlling costs and managing labor
- Strong wine/beverage knowledge
