Senior Lead Financial Planner Benefits & Compensation
- $135,000–$160,000 base salary plus annual bonus opportunity

Senior Lead Financial Planner Requirements & Qualifications
- CFP® designation required
- Minimum 10 years of client-facing financial planning experience, with deep expertise in pre-retirement and retirement strategies
- Preference for candidates located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones
- Availability for member meetings up to 2 evenings per week
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time and calendar management abilities
- Strong computer skills and comfort with new technology platforms
Senior Lead Financial Planner Preferred Background & Skills

- Experience building rapport quickly in a virtual setting
Senior Lead Financial Planner Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct 4–6 virtual strategy sessions daily to guide members through retirement planning and related financial decisions
- Own the entire planning lifecycle—cash flow, investments, tax strategies, risk management, Social Security, Medicare, pensions, estates
- Quickly establish trust and deliver an exceptional experience for every member in a remote setting
- Communicate complex information in actionable, easy-to-understand terms tailored for each member
- Manage client follow-up and emotional engagement to provide confidence and peace of mind
- Schedule and organize a high volume of member meetings using elite calendar management skills
