An established and growing accounting technology firm is looking for a SR. SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST to join the team and make an immediate impact by working collaboratively across business units to translate business requirements into solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem.
The ideal SR. SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST will bring 8+ years of experience, SME level Saleforce experience, and the desire to lead projects in a fast-paced company on a supportive Revenue Operations team.
This is a hybrid role, 4 days are expected in office.
SR. SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take ownership of business requirements as they relate to the Salesforce ecosystem, designing processes and developing creative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and support system changes and efficiencies, making necessary changes in the ecosystem. Optimize GTM processes across the company.
- Develop & maintain reporting KPIs, dashboards, and frameworks to support performance.
SR. SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree & 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations/analysis, marketing operations.
- SME level Saleforce understanding, including ecosystem tools and related technologies.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced and highly complex environment.
