Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the staff FOH team
- High-volume floor management and guest interaction
- Ensure a high standard of guest service daily
- Support the GM in all areas of managing the restaurant
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service restaurant.
- The ideal candidate has experience working with corporate systems and a volume of 8M or higher
- Strong leadership ability; you are someone who loves to inspire others to be their best
- Experience with creating efficient systems that work, and strong financial acumen
- Highly skilled at managing a busy restaurant floor and providing a high level of guest service
- Ability to lead with integrity and create a positive environment in a diverse space
- Passion for hospitality and desire to move your career forward
