A growing hospitality group is seeking a Rooftop Bar Manager to lead a new bar/lounge within a full-service hotel in Midtown Manhattan. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader to build a high-performing team, drive success, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a polished dining environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in busy, cocktail/beverage-focused environments
- Strong beverage knowledge, including wine, spirits, and beer
- Proven leadership experience with team development and performance management
- Hands-on operator with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Flexible schedule, comfortable working late nights
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience opening new restaurants or leading beverage-focused concepts
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all rooftop bar operations to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence
- Lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house teams while fostering a positive culture
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, building guest relationships and ensuring an outstanding dining experience
