A fine dining restaurant is seeking a Line Cook to join its culinary team. We have a talented, hardworking kitchen staff and are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about executing high-quality dishes with consistency. This role is hands-on and station-based, working closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain standards during service and prep while contributing to a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.
Line Cook Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of line cook experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining preferred)
- Ability to confidently run a station during service with consistency and speed
- Strong understanding of prep, mise en place, and execution of recipes to spec
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction from leadership
Line Cook Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in Mediterranean or Italian cuisine
- Prior experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in plating and execution
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team
