Kitchen Manager
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong culinary leader who is passionate about food quality, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality and efficient execution.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop back-of-house team members.
- Manage food, labor, and inventory costs while maintaining profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Maintain recipe, portion, and presentation standards.
- Oversee scheduling, ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience managing food and labor costs.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
