General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a full-service restaurant. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing a strong team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and team members.
- Ensure outstanding food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Manage labor, food, beverage, and operating costs to achieve financial goals.
- Analyze P&L statements, sales, and labor reports.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, purchasing, payroll, and cash handling.
- Resolve guest concerns and build lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
- Support local marketing initiatives and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing P&L statements, labor, and food and beverage costs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
