General Manager – Boca Raton, FL

General Manager Benefits & Compensation
- $70K–$75K base salary
- Quarterly bonus up to $2,000 per quarter based on basic performance metrics
- $150/month stipend towards health insurance
- 1 week paid time off
- No late night or super early morning shifts
General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a scratch-cooking fast-casual or casual dining restaurant
- Experience with scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- Understanding of P&L concepts and cost management
- Open availability, reliable, and punctual
- Strong communicator who collaborates and thinks ahead
- Work history reflects stability (at least 2 years in each management role)
- Able to perform the physical duties of a busy restaurant manager
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with Toast, MarketMan, or Choco is an advantage
- Some background in corporate restaurant operations is helpful but not required
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, maintaining high food quality and strong guest experiences
- Lead, train, and motivate front- and back-of-house staff
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering to ensure smooth service and cost control
- Maintain a positive, communicative, and energetic workplace culture
- Drive performance through clear communication and attention to detail
- Collaborate with ownership and team to continuously improve operations
