Project Manager – Industrial Services
Fairfield & New Haven County CT
A well-established industrial services company serving commercial and manufacturing clients across Connecticut is looking to add a Project Manager to its growing leadership team.
This role oversees projects in industrial flooring, commercial painting, and industrial cleaning, supporting large manufacturing facilities where quality, safety, and reliability are critical.
You’ll manage 2–5 field crews, coordinate projects from planning through completion, and work directly with clients to ensure every job is delivered at the highest standard.
Client satisfaction is the #1 priority.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to influence both operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple commercial and industrial projects
• Coordinate and lead 2–5 field crews
• Schedule labor, materials, and project timelines
• Conduct site visits and oversee project execution
• Maintain quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards
• Serve as the primary client contact during projects
• Assist with estimating, proposals, and bidding new work
• Help identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Project Mix
• 50% Industrial flooring (epoxy flooring & concrete repair)
• 35% Commercial painting
• 15% Industrial cleaning services
Compensation
💰 Base Salary: $75K – $90K
💰 Performance bonuses on each project
Target project profitability ranges 20–40%, with bonus potential ranging from approximately 1%–10% of project profit based on efficient bidding and strong project management.
