We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the launch of an exclusive luxury hospitality concept in New York City. Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium nightlife, high-end bar concepts, private members' clubs, or similarly elevated service environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume, premium service venues while maintaining exceptional guest experiences, service standards, and operational excellence.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing P&Ls, labor, forecasting, and overall business performance.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing hospitality professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with VIP guests, members, and influential clientele while fostering a culture of personalized, world-class hospitality.
Preferred Background & Skills
- Recent experience within premier private membership clubs, luxury restaurants, or elite hospitality concepts
- Experience serving sophisticated, influential, and discerning clientele
- Deep understanding of New York City's luxury dining, nightlife, and hospitality landscape
- Background in highly curated, reservation-driven, or membership-based operations
- Experience building guest loyalty through personalized, relationship-driven hospitality
