Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel operations management, with a passion for guest and employee satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales and the extended-stay sector
- Knowledgeable about golf, as it is a big part of the properties' amenities
- Willingness to live onsite and be a visible, accessible leader
Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with hotel operations and ensure high standards of guest service and staff engagement
- Manage operating budgets, forecast expenses and revenues, and control costs while achieving profit goals
- Respond personally to guest concerns and lead guest satisfaction efforts
- Foster a dignified environment as a visible, approachable role model for guests and staff
