Restaurant Assistant General Manager
$50,000–$60,000 + Bonus | No Late Nights | No Early Mornings

What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on quality, service, and profitability
- Drive sales while managing food cost, labor, and overall restaurant performance
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and action plans to achieve business goals
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Create schedules that support both operational needs and labor goals
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining brand standards
- Partner with ownership and field leadership to execute business initiatives and support continued growth
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of restaurant management experience
- Quick-service restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience managing restaurant financial performance, including labor and food costs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe® certification (or the ability to obtain certification)
