We are hiring a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join a fast-growing technology company in the creator economy and subscription software space.

This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial growth leader who has successfully scaled subscription-based SaaS businesses through customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and recurring revenue growth. You will own the company's growth strategy and play a critical role in helping scale the business during its next phase of expansion.

Chief Growth Officer, Subscription SaaS Requirements

• 10+ years of growth marketing, growth strategy, or revenue leadership experience

• Proven success scaling subscription SaaS, B2C, or DTC businesses

• Experience owning acquisition, retention, conversion, and revenue growth metrics

• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, demand generation, and funnel optimization

• Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance analytics

• Startup, high-growth, or entrepreneurial company experience

• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on

• Executive-level communication and leadership skills

Chief Growth Officer, Subscription SaaS Responsibilities

• Own company-wide growth strategy and subscription revenue growth

• Lead customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion initiatives

• Build and optimize growth funnels, lifecycle campaigns, and demand generation programs

• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, adoption, and retention

• Develop scalable growth systems, reporting, and performance metrics

• Present growth strategies and results to executive leadership

Chief Growth Officer, Subscription SaaS Preferred Experience

• Creator economy, digital media, music technology, or consumer software experience

• Product-led growth experience

• Influencer, community, or creator marketing experience

• Experience building and scaling growth teams

• Startup scaling experience
