Spa General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, sales and service-driven Spa General Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive membership, retail, and overall spa revenue growth. Key Qualifications
- 2–3 years management experience in spa, salon, fitness, retail, or hospitality
- Proven success in sales management, including membership, retail, and gift card sales
- Strong leadership skills: coaching, accountability, and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure with strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work full-time including weekends
- Passion for massage, skincare, and wellness services
- Tech-savvy; experience with spa or retail booking systems a plus
Core Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the front desk, sales, and service teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve client concerns
- Oversee spa operations, scheduling, inventory, and supply management
- Drive membership conversion, retention, and retail/gift card sales
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members; conduct performance reviews
- Optimize appointment books for maximum revenue and productivity
- Ensure spa cleanliness, organization, and brand-standard compliance
- Build community awareness through local engagement and outreach
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly team and performance meetings
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and administrative reporting
