Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 Base Salary + Profit Sharing Bonus

We are seeking a Service & Bar Manager to join a high-performing restaurant leadership team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, leading from the floor, and making a direct impact on both guest satisfaction and business results.

What You'll Do
As the Service & Bar Manager, you will serve as a key member of the restaurant leadership team, overseeing front-of-house operations and bar management while ensuring exceptional hospitality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing front-of-house team members
- Maintaining a strong presence in the dining room, bar, and guest arrival areas
- Creating schedules and managing labor effectively
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding hourly team members
- Overseeing beverage purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
- Conducting regular liquor, beer, and wine inventory counts
- Supporting training, coaching, and performance development
- Partnering with the General Manager to ensure operational excellence
- Delivering an outstanding guest experience every day
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong front-of-house leadership and team development skills
- Experience with bar operations, beverage inventory, and cost controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented leadership style
