Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent full-service restaurant experience
- Some supervisory experience in roles like lead server, supervisor, or assistant manager preferred
- No degree required
- Strong team orientation and a genuine enthusiasm for great food and customer service
- Positive attitude and energetic presence
- Able to comply with company drug free environment policies
