Chef Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- $65K annual salary

- Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evening/weekend catering events
- Year-round position with no late-night restaurant hours

Chef Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of food service management experience
- Proven ability to produce high-quality meals while meeting budget and quality targets
- Strong knowledge of ordering, inventory management, cost per plate budgeting and kitchen operations
- Experience in staff hiring, training, and team leadership
- High-end catering experience and strong presentation skills
- High energy, stamina, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Community-focused mindset and strong customer service skills
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
