A residential treatment program serving adolescents is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to support the physical and behavioral health needs of youth in care. This role works closely with clinical, medical, and direct care teams to ensure safe medication management, coordinate healthcare services, and promote positive treatment outcomes. Registered Nurse Compensation and Benefits

Registered Nurse Requirements and Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, adolescent healthcare, or a related setting
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, documentation, and healthcare compliance standards
- Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
Registered Nurse Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults in residential, psychiatric, or therapeutic environments
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and behavioral health treatment models
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective during crisis situations
