Executive Chef

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a made-from-scratch environment, specifically with Italian
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High energy and a hands-on approach to kitchen management.
Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily back-of-the-house operations and assist with menu creation.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s high-quality methods, standards, and policies.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to foster teamwork and a positive culture.
- Engage with guests, employees, peers, and company leadership in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Manage costs effectively and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve revenue and profit goals.
