Our client, a well-established food production facility, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. If you have shipping and receiving supervisory experience in a food production facility with strong inventory control and thrive in a regulated, temperature-controlled operation, this is the opportunity for you!

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations and staff
- Plan labor utilization, scheduling, and task assignments
- Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory
- Ensure FIFO compliance across all inventory locations
- Verify receipt documentation, COAs, and temperature compliance
- Coordinate raw material needs with procurement
- Oversee off-site inventory accuracy and rotation
- Ensure shipments are complete, accurate, and damage-free
- Maintain scanner and inventory tracking systems
- Enforce safety standards and lead safety training initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- AA/AS degree or 5+ years of shipping & receiving leadership experience
- Food production or food safety experience (HACCP exposure preferred)
- Experience with inventory systems (SAP, MRP, or similar)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and traverse production areas
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, noisy, and odorous environments
