A growing technology company is seeking a Director of Implementation & Professional Services to lead client onboarding, implementation, integrations, and training. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can own the full post-sale implementation process, improve delivery standards, and help clients achieve successful go-live outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the full client implementation process from kickoff through go-live
- Manage timelines, scope, deliverables, and client expectations
- Oversee technical integrations with client systems and third-party platforms
- Build and improve onboarding, training, documentation, and enablement processes
- Lead, coach, and develop a small Professional Services team
- Serve as the escalation point for complex implementation issues
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to improve the client experience
- Track and report key metrics such as time-to-go-live, implementation success, CSAT, and scope variance
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, professional services, or similar client delivery roles
- 5+ years of leadership or team management experience
- Solutions Architecture
- Strong experience managing complex software or technology implementations
- Hands-on understanding of integrations, APIs, and third-party systems
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects on track
- Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience improving processes, metrics, and team performance
- Comfort using AI, automation, or technology tools to improve implementation workflows
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Experience
- Experience with financial, operational, inventory, AP, or back-office platforms
- Experience with HubSpot or implementation tracking tools
- GUIDEcx experience is a plus
