Restaurant Manager | Upscale Casual Dining
$75,000 – $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus
We are partnering with a rapidly growing upscale casual restaurant group seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Coach, train, and develop Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management initiatives
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing employee development
- Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence
- Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in a full-service restaurant environment with annual sales volumes of $3 million or greater
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven history of career progression and stability
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead both dining room and kitchen operations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- High-energy, hands-on leadership style
