What You'll Do
- Lead multiple complex construction projects from planning through completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and project partners.
- Drive scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and overall project execution.
- Lead and mentor field personnel while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Solve problems proactively and ensure every project reflects the company's reputation for excellence.
- Help build systems, improve operations, and support the organization's continued growth.
