What You'll Do
- Lead complex custom home construction from planning through final walkthrough.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
- Own scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and job-site execution.
- Lead and mentor field personnel while holding the line on quality.
- Help shape and improve the systems and processes behind the company's continued growth.
- Operate with an ownership mindset from day one — because that's the trajectory.
What We're Looking For
- Deep, hands-on experience leading high-end residential/custom home construction — you understand how homes are actually built, not just how to manage a schedule.
- A field-first leader who's as comfortable on a job site as in a client meeting.
- Proven ability to build trust with sophisticated, detail-oriented homeowners.
- High integrity, low ego, and a collaborative leadership style.
- Someone who's done chasing the next job and is ready to build something long-term.
