Our client is midsize law firm based in Reston, VA and a business law firm serving government contractors and commercial businesses, is seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Government Contracts practice group.
We are seeking a candidate with experience regularly representing government contractors in bid protests as well with other compliance matters. These government contractors range in size of 50m – 225m.
Additional experience may include requests for equitable adjustment and claims under the Contracts Disputes Act, FAR compliance, teaming agreements and subcontracts, the False Claims Act, and/or other investigations related to federal procurement law. Experience with the federal small business programs, including the 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and/or HUBZone programs is a plus.
