Restaurant General Manager

What You'll Do
- Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional execution every day
- Build, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality
- Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall experience
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor performance, and operational efficiency
- Analyze financial results and take ownership of profitability, cost controls, and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent
- Partner with culinary and service teams to execute business goals and maintain operational consistency
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive outcomes
- Support local community engagement, marketing initiatives, and special events that strengthen the restaurant's presence in the market
- Implement systems, procedures, and best practices that position the business for long-term success
Qualifications
- Proven success as a Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant leader in a full-service dining environment
- Experience overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, inventory controls, budgeting, and P&L accountability
- Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams
- Strong guest service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience utilizing restaurant technology platforms, scheduling software, POS systems, and reporting tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality, business, or culinary education is a plus
- Conversational Spanish is a plus
