General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in convenience store management or similaroperations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent communication abilities and a positive, customer-focused attitude
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams of 10+ members
- Experience succeeding in dynamic, high-traffic environments
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain food quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Achieve sales and profit targets by coaching team members and executing business strategies
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Uphold food safety standards and coach others to do the same
- Build relationships with guests to create memorable experiences
- Manage staffing, development, and training to foster a positive workplace culture
- Oversee communication, compliance, and execution of all company processes and policies
