General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a General Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant

• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 50+

• Proficient in restaurant financials, inventory management, and scheduling

• Develop and maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and execution

• Drive top-line sales through local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and special events

Committed to putting guests first and achieving service excellence

• Passion for food, hospitality, and community

• Familiarity with Jacksonville’s dining scene
