Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
- Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- One year of management experience in a polished casual restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with sales volumes in excess of $4 million annually
- Some prior serving, bartending and supervisory experience preferred
- Passion and can-do mindset
Restaurant Manager Benefits
- A base salary of $60 to $65K commiserate with experience and strong bonus potential
- 2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
